Diverse City exists to change who gets to participate in culture, whose stories are told, whose talent is recognised, how society sees disability, ageing, difference and identity, and ultimately how we relate to one another.
Because when more people create culture, the work becomes richer, more honest, more representative—and the impact reaches far beyond the stage.
We do that by building access- in from the start, supporting artists over time and creating opportunities for people to make, lead and shape ambitious work.
