20K for 20 Years

Join 20k for 20 Years.

Take on something small, bold, or brilliant!

We’re marking 20 years of Diverse City by raising £20,000 to support artists, new work and a more inclusive future for the performing arts.

People are taking part in their own way — running, hosting, creating, gathering and fundraising however feels right for them.

Whether you want to do something simple or ambitious, you can be part of it.

Find us on Just Giving and get started.

Ideas to get you started:

  • Walk, wheel, dance or move your way
Take on a challenge that works for you — whether that’s a walk, a wheel, a dance, or something else entirely.
  • Host a relaxed gathering
Bring people together for a lunch, maybe a party, sharing or low-key get-together, and invite donations instead of gifts.

  • Create something
Put on a performance, run a workshop, share your practice, or make a creative moment that brings people in.
  • Bring people together
Team up with friends, family or colleagues and fundraise as a group — simple, social and shared.
  • Join something already happening
Not everything has to start from scratch — join an event, support a fundraiser, or help spread the word.
  • Do something a bit unexpected
Pick an idea that’s a bit bold a bit playful, or a bit Diverse City — something people will want to get behind.
