Laura has worked in Theatre, Film and TV for over 30 years. The vast majority was spent as a casting associate and casting director. Laura had the pleasure of working on high profile and major movies such as Possession, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets and About A Boy and major TV shows Casualty and Holby City. She was also Casting Director
for the BAFTA / Rocliffe New Writing forum for 13 years.
More recently, Laura was Industry Liaison and Professional Development Manager at the Drama School LAMDA from 2012 – 2019 and in 2021 she graduated with a Master of Arts in Creative Producing with distinction from Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. She is now a freelance producer for Theatre and a trustee of the Mowlem Theatre in Swanage. Laura is passionate about Female led work, new writing and access to the arts.
