I am eager to construct and strengthen links to community groups locally and nationally–enabling the lone voice to become a choir with power! I am delighted to join Diverse City–theatre can heal, it can connect, and it can create energy for limitless possibilities.
This is my contribution to putting what I can in the ‘community pot’. It may be the experience having led a successful learning and development specialist business for over 20 years addressing people skills (Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging and Justice) that was recognised by the Institute of Directors or as a lay member of Employment Tribunals or simply by utilising the Norfolk Race Equality and Human Rights Network that I currently chair.
I am a Trustee with Enrich Learning Trust and Norwich Theatre Royal.
