Till We Win
A show that shares stories about postmen, pigeons and park benches in the rural town of ‘Bournechester’. Till We Win began as a series of creative discussions, as EBYA looked into their communities locally in Dorset, nationally and internationally. They wanted to express what it means to be young in 2019, having to make sense of Brexit, rising unemployment, and falling in love… all at the same time.
The 10 young artists bring together their thoughts, hopes, fears, dreams and frustrations through theatre, comedy and dance.
Run time is approximately 30 mins.
Till We Win is funded by Arts Council England and Dorset Community Fund.
Grow Up and Just Love Chocolate
A poetic journey about a young man Dave, (The Shouting Mute), working out how to live his life. Grow Up and Just Love Chocolate interweaves his many different relationships, including comic book heroes and the inanimate objects, made animate, that he relies on to help him along his journey. The spirit of his dearest school friend, Terry, is also there to listen and help Dave discover who, or what, he really loves.
Run time is approximately 45 minutes.
Grow Up and Just Love Chocolate is recommended for audiences 16+ years.
Grow up and Just Love Chocolate is funded by Arts Council England Grants for the Arts.
